Sr. Performance Analyst, Marketing Intelligence

Broughton Partners
Savannah, GA Full Time
POSTED ON 9/9/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 11/9/2026

The Senior Performance Analyst supports the Director, Marketing Intelligence by owning higher-complexity reporting, measurement, and diagnostic work that turns the function's strategy and frameworks into intelligence the business can act on. The Director sets methodology, owns stakeholder narrative, governs metrics definitions, and architects the measurement strategy; the Senior Analyst is the senior hands-on builder who helps shape execution, leads complex investigations, and converts findings into decision-ready recommendations. Working in close partnership with AdTech/MarTech, Tech, Data, Digital, CRM, Procurement, Intake Operations, and Compliance, the Senior Analyst produces and improves the descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive outputs that ladder into monthly CMO reviews and quarterly business reviews. This is an individual-contributor role with no direct reports. Success is measured by the reliability, accuracy, timeliness, and business impact of the intelligence delivered.

Core Responsibilities, but aren’t limited to:   (included in Job Posting)

1.

Build, run, and improve the descriptive and diagnostic reporting layer for the marketing funnel.

2.

Own the weekly reporting suite by intake source, service provider, campaign, and cohort - covering conversion timelines, contactability, opt-out behavior, and signing probability - against the agreed methodology and metrics standards.

3.

Lead diagnostic deep dives that explain variance and translate findings into operational and budget recommendations, packaging results for review and stakeholder use.

4.

Maintain self-service dashboards and the metrics dictionary so published measures remain governed and defensible.

5.

Act as a senior first line of "ask the data team": triage requests, answer routine and moderately complex questions, and work with the Director on strategic or high-risk analyses.

6.

Track analytical adoption and surface where stakeholders are still reverting to gut feel or manual reporting.

7.

Translate the B2C measurement framework and claimant journey analytics design into working pipelines and reporting artifacts.

8.

Partner with AdTech/MarTech, Tech, and Data to stitch media spend to claimant outcomes, reconcile attribution across web, behavioral, lead, and CRM sources, and quantify attribution and click-ID coverage gaps for cross-functional action.

9.

Build and run the nurture performance dashboard covering contact attempts, response rates, channel mix, time-to-contact, and drop-off by step.

10.

Establish and maintain contact-rate and lead-to-retainer conversion baselines and report progress against improvement targets.

11.

Diagnose where post-lead conversion is being lost, partner with Digital and CRM on test design, and produce analytical inputs for the monthly CMO journey review pack.

12.

Run the day-to-day lead-capture QA, predictive model operations, and pre-lead quality surveillance work that underpins the function's measurement and forecasting agenda.

13.

Monitor routing accuracy, source-tagging integrity, and end-to-end lead delivery; reconcile lead counts across capture, routing, and CRM systems and lead investigation of material variances while escalating anomalies within SLA.

14.

Reconcile lead counts across capture, routing, and CRM systems and lead investigation of material variances while escalating anomalies within SLA.

15.

Lead investigation of material variances while escalating anomalies within SLA.

16.

Support the build, validation, and ongoing operation of the signed-retainer yield forecast model, benchmark forecast accuracy monthly against actuals, document drift, and surface early-warning signals on underperforming sources, cohorts, or campaigns.

17.

Operate the surveillance reporting layer, triage automated alerts, produce monthly audit packs and partner scorecards used in commercial conversations, and document partner warnings and suspensions in a format that supports FTC, state AG, and TCPA inquiries.

18.

Evaluate tooling gaps and pilots from a practitioner perspective and feed findings into the Director's technology audit and roadmap.

19.

Other duties as assigned.
