We’re looking for a solid Lead Carpenter to join our team. Someone who knows what they’re doing, can run a job, and takes pride in the work.
Someone who can lead a crew, stay organized, and keep jobs moving without constant oversight.
What you’ll be doing:
- Running day-to-day operations on site.
- Leading a small crew and setting the pace.
- Reading plans and making sure things are built right.
- Handling framing, trim, installs, and whatever the job calls for.
- Coordinating with subs and keeping things on track.
- Keeping the jobsite clean and dialed.
- Using our logistics system to prep for the next day (big one for us)
- Solving problems before they become issues.
What we’re looking for:
- 5 years experience in residential construction.
- You’ve run jobs before (or are ready to step into it).
- You don’t need someone looking over your shoulder all day.
- You show up, communicate, and get things done.
- Strong attention to detail — we care about clean work.
- Can handle tools, materials, and a crew without chaos.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $26.50 - $36.00 per hour
