Role: Experienced Spray Foam Insulation Lead Technician

This is an experienced position, and the ultimate candidate will have at least 2 years of skilled spray foam insulation experience. A positive attitude is a must, as well as the ability to properly, and comfortably interact with clients and other employees. You will be groomed for leadership in the field, to be part of a family, and to grow with an established brand.

Experienced Gutter Installer Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in spray foam insulation installation including operating, cleaning, and maintaining a rig
- A positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions/seasons
- Interest in growing with the company
- Willingness to work overtime
- Be a team player
- A desire to establish a positive work culture
- OSHA certification and/or ladder safety training preferred
- Previous experience specifically related to insulation, and a passion for growing!
Experienced Spray Foam Technician Compensation: Hourly and Percentage Available
Experienced Spray Foam Technician Installer Minimum Requirements:
- Construction/Insulation: 2 years
- Must be 18 or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license
