Title: Apprentice Gutter Installer
Start at $20/hr and earn up to $25/hr in your first six months. No experience needed. We'll teach you everything.
The Brothers That Just Do Gutters Los Angeles is a locally owned gutter company based in Hollywood and Van Nuys. We opened in August 2025, we're growing fast, and we're adding a second installation crew. Our rule on every job: treat it like you're working on your grandma's house.
What you'll do
- Install seamless gutters, downspouts and gutter guards on homes across Los Angeles
- Tear down old gutters, clean gutters, and leave every job site spotless
- Load, stock and take care of the truck and tools
- Be friendly and professional with homeowners
Pay and how you grow
- $20/hr to start
- Up to $23/hr when you finish the Apprentice level of our Skills Ladder (90 days)
- Up to $25/hr when you finish the Installer Assistant training
- After that, clear next steps: Installer Assistant, Head Installer, then Field Supervisor, with raises at each step
Schedule
- Full time, Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
- The crew meets each morning at our Van Nuys shop and drives to jobs together in the company truck
- We're also starting a weekend crew. If weekends work better for you, tell us when you apply.
What we provide

What we're looking for
- You show up on time, every day
- You're comfortable on ladders and roofs, one to three stories up, and can lift up to 50 lbs
- You're OK working outdoors
- Valid driver's license, 18 or older
- Construction, roofing, landscaping, moving or warehouse experience is a plus, not a requirement
