We're a family-owned gutter contractor based in Wheeling and part of the rapidly growing Brothers that just do Gutters franchise. We opened a year ago and are looking to expand our team in 2026. We offer competitive salaries, training, bonuses and health insurance.
This is an experienced position, and the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of skilled gutter and/or exterior construction experience. A positive attitude is a must, as well as the ability to properly and comfortably interact with clients and other employees. You will be trained for leadership in the field and to grow this business with us.
What we’re looking for:
- 2 years’ experience in gutter installation including both K-style & half round gutters
- Desire to grow with the company
- Team player with a positive attitude and sense of humor
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions/seasons
- Willingness to work overtime
- Desire to establish a positive work culture
- Interest and ability in training and mentoring junior employees
- OSHA certification and/or ladder safety training preferred
Minimum Requirements:
- Construction or gutter experience: 2 years
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license
