As our new Staffing Coordinator, you’ll work closely with a highly experienced Lead Staffing Coordinator who has built excellent relationships with our team members and is fully committed to your training and professional development.

Role Overview:
The Staffing Coordinator ensures the nursing department is appropriately staffed to meet resident care needs while maintaining compliance with state regulations and facility standards. This role involves daily communication with nursing leadership, proactive scheduling, and responsiveness to staffing changes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and maintain daily and weekly nursing staff schedules
- Manage call-ins, shift changes, and open position coverage
- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new nursing team members
- Communicate staffing updates to nursing supervisors and department heads
- Support recruitment activities to ensure adequate staffing levels
- Track attendance, scheduling trends, and staffing metrics
- Provide excellent customer service to team members and supervisors

Qualifications
- Must have high school diploma or GED
- Experience in office work, MS Word, Excel, and scheduling and payroll software preferred.
- Must have excellent customer service skills and able to work in a fast-pace environment and multi task.
Salary : $23 - $29
