What You’ll Do
- Lead and support CNAs
- Collaborate with the care team on individualized plans
- Provide hands-on nursing care and administer medications
- Monitor for changes and communicate with providers
- Help coordinate smooth, effective physician rounds

Qualifications:
What You Need
- Active RN license (NYS)
- CPR certification
- Long-term care experience preferred—but not required
