Registered Dietitian – Director of Nutritional Services
Full Time Day Shift
Salary Range: $60K-$80K Annually

Role Overview:
The RD – Director of Nutritional Service will oversee the daily operations of clinical nutritional services, supporting clinical staff and ensuring the delivery of exceptional outcomes and service. This position works closely with interdisciplinary team members to promote smooth transitions, individualized care plans, and successful discharges home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and support our clinical nutrition team to uphold clinical and service excellence.
- Provide evidence-based nutrition counseling and education to residents/patients.
- Develop individualized nutrition care plans based on health needs and goals.
- Collaborate with rehabilitation, admissions, and social work teams to ensure efficient, patient-centered care.
- Monitor quality indicators and drive performance improvement initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and documentation requirements.

Qualifications:
· Current Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential through CDR.
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field.
· Strong communication and motivational counseling skills.
· Compassionate, organized, and enthusiastic about health promotion.
