An Opportunity to Build the Next Chapter of Social Work at The Brothers of Mercy
The Brothers of Mercy Wellness Campus is entering an exciting and intentional new chapter, and we are seeking an experienced Director of Social Work to lead and shape the future of our social services program.
This is a rare opportunity for a seasoned social work leader to build, mentor, and grow a team within a respected, mission-driven long-term care organization that values compassion, professionalism, and accountability. The Director will be supported by a highly experienced, dedicated long-term care social worker who brings deep institutional knowledge, strong resident advocacy, and a genuine commitment to The Brothers of Mercy and its future. This partnership provides continuity, mentorship, and a strong foundation on which to build a cohesive, forward-looking team.
We are looking for a leader who is energized by:
- Building and developing a high-functioning social work team
- Strengthening systems, workflows, and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Supporting residents and families with dignity, clarity, and compassion
- Helping shape the next chapter of social services within a high-quality long-term care setting
At The Brothers of Mercy, social work is viewed as essential to quality care, not ancillary. You will have the support of engaged executive leadership, a values-driven culture, and an organization that is committed to doing this work well-for residents, families, and staff alike.
