What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate and oversee individualized patient care plans in collaboration with Nurse Managers, Team Leaders, and interdisciplinary staff

• Provide direct nursing care as needed, while supervising RN assessments and follow-up for patients with changes in condition

• Participate in medication reviews, care conferences, and quality assurance initiatives

• Investigate patient incidents and ensure accurate documentation and compliance with policies

• Support staff orientation, training, and professional development

• Guide patients and families in understanding care plans and treatment goals

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
