Starting at $18.00/hr – up to $18.50/hr (based on experience)

What You’ll Do:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, transferring, and walking

• Encourage independence while providing compassionate support

• Answer call lights promptly and make rounds at the beginning and end of shift

• Obtain and record resident weights as scheduled and report any changes

• Assist with personal laundry following proper procedures

• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, Corporate Compliance, and Resident Rights policies

• Report to Health Services staff for daily assignments and updates

• Ensure resident safety and comfort at all times

• Current Home Health Aide certification required

• Prior experience in assisted living, long-term care, or home care preferred
