Registered Nurse – Rehab and Short Stay Services
Full Time – 2:30pm-10:45pm Eve Shift (every other weekend OR 6:30am-6:45pm (12-hour, every other weekend)
Hourly rate (experience driven): $38.00 - $40.75/hr

What You’ll Do
- Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) under the direction of the Director of Nursing
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
- Deliver nursing care within scope of practice and aligned with facility policy and clinical standards
- Administer medication as prescribed by the patient’s physician
- Prepare for and facilitate physician rounds by flagging concerns and preparing documentation for review
- Monitor residents for changes in condition (e.g., confusion, fever, breathing difficulty, pain, appetite changes, mobility loss) and notify providers as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing
What You Must Have
- Active RN license in good standing.
- Must have a current/active CPR certification.
- Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required—we’ll invest in the right heart and mindset.
