What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct nursing care while assisting in planning and evaluating resident needs

• Serve as Charge Nurse and supervise CNA staff

• Administer medications (including controlled substances) per policy and physician orders

• Support resident hygiene, nutrition, mobility, and comfort

• Transcribe physician orders, assist with medical rounds, and ensure lab tests are completed as ordered

• Observe, document, and report changes in resident conditions to the RN Supervisor and physicians

• Develop and implement resident care plans and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams

• Carry out restorative nursing measures in collaboration with therapy services

• Arrange transportation for resident appointments as needed

• Ensure safe, effective, and compassionate care at all times
