What You’ll Do:
- Assemble resident meal trays accurately using menus and tray cards
- Operate kitchen equipment including dish machine, steam tables, coffee/juice machines, and more
- Perform dishwashing, pots and pans cleaning, and general sanitation duties
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors, clean counters, racks, carts, and equipment
- Transport food and supplies to various areas of the facility
- Prepare and deliver nourishments to nursing units
- Assist with cafeteria meal service, including serving food and operating the cash register
- Follow all food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures
- Maintain confidentiality and respect residents’ rights and personal property

Qualifications:- Previous food service or dietary aide experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
