This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented, team-focused caregiver who enjoys teaching, organizing, and supporting others.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate in-services, training, and staff education
- Track competencies and maintain compliance records (Relias/PCC)
- Support employee health requirements and onboarding
- Assist with CNA training program and mentor new aides
- Participate in audits and quality improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- CNA or LPN with long-term care experience
- Organized, tech-comfortable, and strong communicator
- Passion for supporting and developing fellow caregivers
