Position Summary
In this role, your primary responsibilities will encompass the maintenance, diagnostics, service, and repair of recreational vehicles, which include snowmobiles, on and off-road motorcycles, ATV’s, and UTV’s. At Wheels, we operate in a collaborative team environment. As a rapidly growing distributor of new and used recreational vehicles and parts, we are dedicated to keeping our customers on the trails.
Responsibilities
- Service repairs, diagnostics, recalls, and maintenance work assigned and outlined on repair orders.
- Focus on efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership/manufacturer standards.
- Notify Service Writer/Manager of additional work needed or any delays in expected completion as soon as they become know so that the customer may be contacted and notified of the delay
- Communicate with customers effectively, answering questions and providing advice on how to maintain and operate their recreational vehicle.
Required Skills
- Previous experience as a powersports service technician preferred.
- Proven mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Valid Driver’s License
- High level of motivation, energy and attention to detail.
Compensation and Benefits
- Performance-based compensation opportunities. $50,000-$75,000 annual earning potential
