What are the responsibilities and job description for the Machine Operator Apprentice position at Brothers Machine & Tool Inc.?
Core Responsibilities:
- Report to work punctually and consistently.
- Complete all assigned supplemental readings as part of training requirements.
- Communicate promptly with your supervisor when clarification or assistance is needed.
- Accurately log production data in the Employee application.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Actively participate in training to ensure ongoing compliance is met.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Must be able to comply with ITAR and EAR residency requirements
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residents
Education / Experience:
- High School Graduate
- Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of basic math skills.
- Ability to learn/read metric measuring tools.
Skills:
- Effective communication techniques for collaboration for all departments.
- Fluent in English. Bi-lingual is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
