Job Summary
This is a starting role with a real future. You start as our runner. If you're good, you grow into our full-time Job Coordinator, the person who keeps every job on track.

What we do: High-end kitchen and bath remodels in South Jersey. We're growing fast, and we promote from within.
Your path with us:
- Weeks 1–2: Runner (paid part-time trial). Learn our crews, our jobs and how we work. It's a chance for both of us to see if it's a fit.
- After 2 weeks: Full-time. If it's working, you go full-time.
- Next: Full-Time Job Coordinator. You run the day-to-day across multiple jobs: scheduling crews, managing materials, keeping clients updated, and making sure every job starts and finishes on time. More responsibility, more pay.
What you'll do as a runner:
- Start each day at the shop and meet our crews
- Get everything set up so crews can start on time
- Pick up and drop off materials between the shop, suppliers and jobsites
- Be a friendly, professional face for our clients on site
- Log notes, deliveries and job updates clearly and on time
- Be on call when a job needs something fast
You're a fit if you:
- Have a reliable car, a valid license and a clean driving record
- Are highly organized and detail-oriented
- Communicate clearly with customers and crews
- Are comfortable using your phone to log notes and updates
- Answer calls and show up when you say you will
- Want to grow into a leadership role, not just clock in
Pay: $18–$28/hr based on experience, with raises as you move up.
