Brothers II Business Machines of Long Island is seeking an experienced Multi-Function Printer/Copier Field Technician to join or team. We are a family owned and operated business with over 45 years serving a broad customer base in the NY, NJ, Long Island area. Responsibilities, not limited to:
- Perform on-site installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions to clients.
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
- Manage service calls and maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Educate clients on proper equipment usage and maintenance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in copier technology.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.
- Complete any other tasks related to the position
- Special projects as assigned
- Keep a clean, organized and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
- Be a team player that is self-motivated with the ability to work independently and be resourceful when needed
- Always dependable, on time
- Pays attention to detail and ability to prioritize and multitask
- Has the ability to take directions, work well with others, and perform calmly under pressure
- Must have a strong work ethic and be reliable
Requirements:
- Repair experience of Multi-Function Copiers and printers (Kyocera Brand a plus)
- Experience with Postage machines and Folder/Inserter machines a plus (not required.)
- Minimum High School Diploma (College level work a plus)
- Must be computer literate at an intermediate level
- Ability to lift heavy objects 60lbs
- Must have Clean, Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to read/write in English
