Brothers Heating / Cooling / Plumbing, servicing Charlotte's HVAC needs since 1985. We are in search of an experienced HVAC Install Helper to work with a Lead Installer, starting out each day at our Rock Hill office.

Responsibilities
Installers with residential experience are a top priority as Brothers HVAC continues it's growth in the Rock Hill / Charlotte areas. Our HVAC Pros are recognized as the most important link in our chain of success, and we have developed a great program to ensure we stand out among the competition.
If you have a EPA Certification, and want to grow in the HVAC trade, this is the position you are looking for. Gain experience by working with one of our certified Lead Install Mechanics, and create your own path into Lead Install or HVAC Service down the road.

Qualifications
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check, drug screen and driving record check
- Experience helping on HVAC Installs preferred, not required
- EPA License required
- Willingness to put in late hours and weekends when needed
- Willingness to complete further training to keep your skills sharp
