Brothers Kitchen & Bath is a rapidly growing residential remodeling company specializing in high-end kitchens and bathroom remodels throughout South Jersey. We take pride in craftsmanship, professionalism, communication, and treating our clients’ homes with respect.
We’re looking for a Residential Remodeling Technician who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality, and wants to build a long-term career (!!!!) —not just find another construction job.
Responsibilities (And What You’ll Receive OUR Training to do)
- Perform bathroom and kitchen demolition while protecting clients’ homes.
- Install waterproofing systems for showers and tub surrounds.
- Assist lead foremen with tile installation, carpentry, layout, and other detailed remodeling tasks.
- Assist with basic plumbing, including fixture installation and rough plumbing support.
- Install basic trim, baseboard, casing, and molding.
- Perform small drywall repairs when needed, caulking, and painting.
- Load, unload, and transport materials and tools.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite every day.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and represent the company with courtesy and respect.
- Work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of craftsmanship.
Qualifications
- Residential remodeling experience preferred.
- Comfortable performing demolition and physically demanding work.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, trim carpentry, drywall, and painting.
- Ability to safely lift 80 pounds.
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy.
