Brothers Automotive is looking for an experienced Automotive Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and wants to work in a busy, well-respected shop where you can maximize your earning potential.

Compensation
$24–$30/hour based on experience and certifications
We use a hybrid pay system that includes a minimum guaranteed number of hours plus additional booked hours above the guarantee. Our 10-bay shop provides technicians with the opportunity to stay productive and increase their earnings.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose vehicle systems and identify repair needs
- Perform maintenance and repairs across all major vehicle components
- Use diagnostic equipment, repair procedures, and automotive software
- Complete repairs safely and according to manufacturer recommendations
- Document repairs and use repair/billing software accurately
- Deliver quality workmanship with attention to detail
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an automotive technician or relevant training from an automotive repair program such as TCAT
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostic tools, and repair procedures
- Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and pride in your work
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
ASE Certifications are preferred.
