Hours: 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM
Experienced bar professional with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in high-volume hospitality environments. Skilled in managing bar operations, crafting quality beverages, and delivering excellent customer service. Proven ability to oversee staff, maintain inventory, and ensure smooth nightly operations in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily bar operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, and wine efficiently and consistently
- Supervise and support bar staff to ensure strong team performance
- Monitor inventory, place orders, and control costs
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards
