Duties
- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients according to established recipes and menu specifications
- Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, slicers, and food processors safely and efficiently
- Ensure all food handling and sanitation procedures comply with food safety standards and sanitizing protocols
- Assist in menu planning by preparing ingredients needed for daily service and special events
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency during high-volume production periods
- Support the culinary team with food production tasks including grilling, braising, poaching, and other cooking techniques
- Follow recipe adherence closely to ensure uniformity across all dishes served
Requirements
- Previous experience in food preparation highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of food safety management and sanitizing procedures in a commercial kitchen setting
- Proficiency in operating kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, knives, and other culinary tools
- Demonstrated skills in food handling, meal preparation, and recipe adherence
- Ability to work efficiently in high-volume production environments while maintaining attention to detail
