Overview:
Growing company looking to add a Mitigation Project manager to the team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage water, fire, and mold mitigation projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate crews, equipment, and job schedules.
- Perform job inspections and document project progress.
- Communicate with customers, adjusters, and team members.
- Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in the mitigation/restoration industry is a MUST.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of water damage mitigation procedures and equipment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid driver's license.
- IICRC certifications preferred.
