Responsibilities
We are seeking individuals who embody our company values and can:
- Maintain a professional demeanor while acting as a crime deterrent
- Provide exceptional customer service in a safe and secure work environment
- Report irregularities, suspicious activities, security breaches, and safety hazards to supervisors and on-site staff
- Conduct accurate and prompt reports of incidents
- Remove wrongdoers or trespassers from the area
- Promote company values as a visible deterrent on site
- Perform various job-related assignments
- Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Meet city/state requirements and/or certifications for guard duties
- Demonstrate excellent surveillance and observation skills
- Be tech-savvy with experience in surveillance systems
- Have proven experience as a security officer or guard
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be able to stand for long periods
- Possess good verbal and written communication skills
- Have a reliable form of transportation
- A valid driver's license may be required based on post requirements
