Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
Duties
- Prepare and cook meals following recipes and dietary guidelines
- Handle food in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist with menu planning and contribute to creating new dishes
- Ensure the kitchen area is clean, sanitized, and organized
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes
- Utilize knife skills for food preparation
Skills
- Proven experience as a Cook or similar role
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Familiarity with menu planning and fine dining techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in a restaurant setting is a plus
