Store Manager – BroRo’s Convenience & Deli
Location: 181 Hegeman Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11212
Pay: $17.00 per hour
BroRo’s Convenience & Deli is seeking an experienced, dependable, and motivated Store Manager to oversee daily store operations. The ideal candidate must have previous experience working in or managing a convenience store or deli.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Supervise employees and assist with scheduling.
- Manage inventory, stock shelves, and monitor supplies.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions when needed.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor product quality and ensure store policies are followed.
- Communicate with the owner regarding store operations.
Requirements:
- Previous convenience store, deli, or retail management experience required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience handling cash and managing inventory.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Food Handler Certificate preferred.
