Job Title: Electrical Engineer (Industrial Machinery)

Pay: $85,000–$130,000 DOE
Role
Design complete electrical packages for industrial machinery (coil winding machines), including controls architecture, PLC programming, and electrical panels.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end electrical systems for machines (power distribution, control panels, machine wiring)
- Develop electrical schematics, panel layouts, I/O lists, and BoMs
- Specify and integrate PLCs, I/O, sensors, actuators, drives, and safety components
- Support machine build/debug with technicians and mechanical engineering
- Program, test, and troubleshoot PLC control systems
- Assist with machine commissioning at customer site
- Maintain documentation and manage design revisions
- Provide customer support as needed
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years electrical engineering experience supporting industrial machinery
- PLC programming experience including troubleshooting/commissioning, Rockwell preferred.
- Experience designing electrical panels and producing full electrical documentation packages
- Strong hands-on debugging skills in a shop/manufacturing environment
Preferred Qualifications
- AutoCAD Electrical and/or EPLAN experience
- Experience with Motion a plus
