Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee home delivered meals (Meals on Wheels-MOW) in the Binghamton, Conklin and Kirkwood area. This role is vital in ensuring that homebound older adults in these areas are delivered hot nutritious meals and friendly visits. Duties
- Answering client calls to address any concerns or questions.
- Interacting with volunteers who deliver MOW to clients and assures that volunteers have all they need to successfully deliver MOW.
- Assisting with the meal delivery as needed when volunteers are unable to deliver – must have reliable transportation available to complete these deliveries.
- Perform data entry and other work that is done on a computer (Word, Excel, OFA Client Database System and the MOW program database)
- Work hours: Monday-Friday 8 am -4pm
Pay: $18.11 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
