The Role
Reporting to senior executive leadership, the Plant Director will have full site responsibility and will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, strategic direction, and cultural leadership. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of plant performance, ensuring strong collaboration across functions and alignment with corporate growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to support growth, profitability, and operational performance.
- Provide inspirational leadership to cross-functional teams, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile
