Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Staff Management:
- Supervise, train, and mentor the housekeeping team, providing leadership and guidance to ensure high-quality cleaning and sanitation throughout the facility.
- Create work schedules and assign daily tasks to housekeeping staff to ensure all areas are covered.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss goals, policies, and performance expectations.
- Perform regular evaluations of housekeeping staff and provide feedback for improvement.

Cleaning and Sanitation Oversight:
- Ensure that all areas of the facility, including resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices, are cleaned and sanitized according to facility policies and health standards.
- Implement and maintain cleaning protocols that meet or exceed regulatory requirements for infection control and safety.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and safety are maintained at all times.
- Oversee the proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies.

- Collaborate with other department heads, including nursing and maintenance, to coordinate cleaning tasks and ensure smooth facility operations.
- Address any concerns or requests from residents, staff, or families regarding housekeeping services in a timely and professional manner.

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a healthcare or long-term care setting. Previous supervisory experience is required.
- Skills:
