What You’ll Do
As our Second Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire building during your shift.
- Lead and support caregivers and med techs
- Ensure residents receive quality care (ADLs, toileting, hygiene, etc.)
- Monitor and assist with medication pass as needed
- Keep the building clean, organized, and tour-ready
- Supervise dining room flow and resident experience
- Conduct routine rounds to ensure everything is running smoothly
- Address staffing issues, call-offs, and performance concerns in real time
- Ensure proper documentation, incident reporting, and communication

- Experience in assisted living, healthcare, or supervisory role preferred
