Job Summary |
A substitute teacher provides daily classroom management and lesson plan execution for grades 3K through 12th grade.
Essential Job Duties |
Execute lesson plans and provide classroom management for children ages 3-12.
At times, lesson planning may be the responsibility of the substitute teacher.
In the event of an emergency, the ability to adhere to and follow emergency procedures as outlined in the campus safety document is essential to ensure the safety of all students.
Exhibit a high level of professionalism as it relates to confidentiality and student interactions
Minimum Qualifications |
Education: Four-year degree and classroom experience.
Additional Skills: Organizational and presentation skills are highly desirable, and a strong affection toward children of all ages and abilities is required.
Work Requirements |
Monday through Friday, 7:30 PM-3:30 PM Upper School, 7:30 AM - 3:15 PM Middle, Intermediate and Lower School, 7:30 AM - 12:15 PM Preschool, as needed. All offers to work will be communicated by each division. Each employee will be required to record time worked through our time and attendance system and check in and out with the division’s administrative assistant each day.
