Brookstone Manor is an Assisted Living facility in the heart of Grand Rapids, MN. We serve a diverse population of individuals in our community, creating a home-like atmosphere through our customizable care.
As a Nurse Aide Float, you will support our nursing department by providing various cares and services for our residents.
Job Duties:
- Respond to call-lights
- Complete assigned services per each resident's care plan including ADL's
- Assist with bathing, showering, toileting, dressing, and transferring residents as needed
- Complete other services or tasks as delegated by the Director, RN, or LPN.
- Complete documentation and charting
- Work alongside the other nurses and staff to foster a team environment
Job Requirements:
- Nursing Experience (Preferred but not required.)
- Must Pass Background Check (Required)
- Reliable Transportation
