Product Owner – IT Service Center

We’re looking for a Product Owner to drive strategy and execution within a fast-paced IT Service Center environment. This is a high-impact role where you’ll work cross-functionally to improve service delivery, enhance user experience, and bring structure to complex initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Own and prioritize the product backlog for IT Service Center initiatives
• Act as the key liaison between stakeholders and technical teams
• Help define and communicate the product vision and strategy
• Write and refine user stories to guide development
• Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, etc.)
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in service operations
• Monitor performance and leverage data to drive decisions
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in Product Ownership, IT Service Management (ITSM), Project Management, or similar roles
• Strong understanding of ITIL and Agile methodologies (Scrum and/or SAFe)
• Experience with tools like ServiceNow and/or Genesys Cloud
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a focus on improving service delivery
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
