Senior Oracle EBS R12 Functional Consultant – Procurement

Location: McLean, VA (Hybrid Remote Eligible)

Hours: 40 hours/week | 8 hours/day

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Oracle EBS R12 Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Procurement to provide production support and drive enhancements for a federal government client based in McLean, VA. This role sits within a fast-moving delivery environment and requires someone who can hit the ground running across the full procure-to-pay lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide production support and issue resolution across Oracle Procurement modules including iProcurement, Purchasing, and Sourcing
• Analyze and implement configuration changes and enhancements to meet evolving procurement requirements
• Support purchase order processing, supplier management, and approval workflow configurations
• Identify and resolve bugs and configuration deficiencies impacting procurement operations
• Document functional procedures, configurations, and process flows
• Collaborate with technical teams on customizations, reports, and integrations
• Support regression testing and user acceptance testing activities
• Engage procurement stakeholders to capture requirements and align system capabilities with business processes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 Procurement modules
• Strong understanding of procure-to-pay (P2P) and sourcing processes
• Experience with Oracle Purchasing, iProcurement, iSupplier, and Approval Management Engine (AME)
• Ability to produce functional documentation and support end-user training
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Oracle EBS R12 certification in Procurement required

Preferred Qualifications

• O&M or post-implementation support experience
