IT Field Technician

Ad-hoc, part time work
In this role, you’ll ne working as a Dispatch Technician and responsible for on-call field technician work. You will specifically be supporting our client's new innovative, cashier-less storefront technology within stores and 3rd party locations (universities, sports stadiums, airports, etc). These sites will be fully operational but if a camera, sensor, store gate, etc break, that will trigger a ticket to our queue, which will push a message to the technicians in that region to respond for availability to troubleshoot.
Responsibilities:
- Standard IT hardware and network break-fix work for on-site devices
- Utilizing ServiceNow ticketing system to track in queue tickets
Qualifications:
- Ability to travel to multiple sites within the greater city area
- Flexibility in schedule -- work at these sites typically occurs in 2 hour increments during store off hours, which could be early mornings, evenings, or weekends.
- Experience in IT troubleshooting, networking, and/or hardware installation
