Role Overview
The Enablement Lead will spearhead enterprise-wide adoption of Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio across a Fortune 20 organization. This role will lead the Training Specialist team, develop enablement strategies, and partner with business units to ensure employees at all levels understand and leverage AI-powered tools effectively. The Enablement Lead will act as a change champion, driving engagement, measuring adoption, and ensuring successful integration of Copilot into daily workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and mentor a team of Training Specialists responsible for delivering Copilot and Copilot Studio education.
- Oversee training program development, delivery, and continuous improvement.
- Enablement Strategy & Adoption
- Define and execute a Copilot adoption roadmap, including role-based enablement plans.
- Partner with business units to identify high-value use cases and integrate them into training and communications.
- Develop change management strategies to drive engagement and overcome adoption barriers.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Serve as the primary liaison between IT, business leaders, and executive sponsors for enablement initiatives.
- Deliver executive-level reporting on adoption metrics, training progress, and ROI impact.
- Content & Program Development
- Ensure training content reflects latest Copilot capabilities, best practices, and organizational priorities.
- Incorporate interactive learning formats (workshops, webinars, e-learning) for diverse audiences.
- Measurement & Continuous Improvement
- Define and track KPIs for adoption, engagement, and productivity gains.
- Gather feedback and iterate on enablement programs to maximize impact.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in enablement, training leadership, or digital adoption programs at enterprise scale.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Copilot ecosystem (M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio) and Power Platform.
- Expertise in change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) and user adoption strategies.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and executive reporting skills.
- Familiarity with learning technologies (LMS platforms, e-learning tools) and program management methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., Power Platform Fundamentals, Copilot Studio).
- Experience in Fortune 100 environments or large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Background in AI/automation enablement and business process optimization.
