.Key Responsibilitie
s• Partner with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, non
-functional, and transition requirements
.• Lead requirements gathering workshops, interviews, and process-mapping sessions
.• Develop business requirements, use cases, process flows, functional specifications, and othe
rproject artifacts
.• Perform current-state/future-state assessments and gap analyses to support strategic initiatives
.• Trace requirements through development, testing, and implementation to ensure alignment with business objectives
.• Evaluate solution options, risks, impacts, and business value to support decision-making
.• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, project teams, vendors, and leadership
.• Support Agile, Waterfall, and Iterative project delivery methodologies
.• Mentor junior Business Analysts and provide guidance on best practices
.• Participate in enterprise analysis, business case development, and strategic planning activities
.Required Qualification
s• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or equivalent experience
.• 3 years of Business Analysis experience in an IT or business environment
.• Strong experience gathering, documenting, and managing requirements
.• Proven experience with stakeholder analysis, process modeling, and requirements traceability
.• Ability to facilitate workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams
.• Experience conducting gap analysis and recommending business solutions
.• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Iterative)
.• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
.• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
.Preferred Qualification
s• MBA or Master’s degree
.• Experience with business analysis and requirements management tools
.• Insurance, annuity, or financial services industry experience
.• SharePoint and Microsoft Access experience
.• BA certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or PMP
