Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource forecasts
- Identify, document, and actively manage risks, issues, and dependencies
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.)
- Ensure clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, team members, and leadership
- Maintain accurate and organized project documentation in tools such as Confluence
- Track progress and report on project status, milestones, and key metrics
- Support and coach team members on Agile best practices and delivery processes
- Proactively resolve conflicts, remove blockers, and drive decision-making
- Coordinate across engineering, data, and platform teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience leading projects involving cross-functional technical teams (e.g., software engineering, data/analytics, or cloud/platform teams)
- Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and traditional project management methodologies
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on time
- Experience facilitating team collaboration and driving accountability
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar)
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence strongly preferred
- Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), CAPM, or similar
- Experience mentoring or coaching team members
- Experience supporting or leading projects involving software development, machine learning, decision intelligence, or MLOps workflows
