Registered Nurse (RN) – Overnight Supervisor

Brookside Rehab & Nursing Center is looking for a dependable and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as an Overnight Supervisor. This position provides nursing leadership and ensures quality resident care throughout the overnight shift.

11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Responsibilities
Supervise nursing staff and provide leadership during the overnight shift
Ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and quality care
Monitor resident conditions and respond appropriately to changes in condition
Support CNAs, LPNs, and other nursing team members
Ensure medications, treatments, documentation, and physician orders are completed appropriately
Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals as needed
Address staffing and resident-care concerns during the shift
Complete required documentation and ensure compliance with facility policies and regulations
Assist with admissions, transfers, and other clinical needs as needed
Promote teamwork and a positive environment for residents and staff
Qualifications
Current and valid Virginia Registered Nurse (RN) license
Long-term care/skilled nursing experience preferred
Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during the overnight shift
