What Youll Do
- Monitor pool activity to ensure resident and guest safety
- Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies
- Administer CPR/First Aid when needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming pool area
- Enforce community pool rules and company policies
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests
- Complete daily logs and basic reports
What Were Looking For
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Current Lifeguard Certification CPR Certification required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay alert
- Calm, confident decision-making in emergency situations
- Friendly, professional communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors in summer weather conditions
- Able to walk the property, climb stairs/ladders, and lift up to 25lbs
