What Youll Do
- Travel between Indianapolis-area apartment communities as needed
- Welcome prospective residents and provide engaging apartment tours
- Convert leads into signed leases and move-ins
- Deliver exceptional customer service to current and future residents
- Maintain accurate leasing records, traffic logs, and CRM updates
- Assist with resident retention and renewal efforts
- Support community marketing, outreach, and social media initiatives
- Help maintain model apartments and strong community curb appeal
What Were Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 2 years of leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience required
- Previous multifamily leasing experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and closing skills
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to adapt quickly to different communities and teams
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Indianapolis area
- Ability to work Saturdays as part of the leasing schedule
- Entrata experience is a plus
