Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role located in Cheyenne WY. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients with a variety of neuromusculoskeletal conditions, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Daily responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, setting measurable treatment goals, providing manual therapy and therapeutic exercise, and educating patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention. The role involves close collaboration with other clinicians and staff to coordinate care, monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and ensure accurate and timely documentation in the medical record. The Physical Therapist will also participate in quality improvement efforts and maintain current knowledge of best practices through continuing education.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Physical Therapy to assess, diagnose, and treat neuromusculoskeletal conditions effectively.
- Demonstrated expertise in Rehabilitation, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and functional training across diverse patient populations.
- Commitment to high-quality Patient Care, with excellent communication, empathy, and culturally sensitive interaction skills.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program; active or eligible Physical Therapist license in Wyoming
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment while managing a varied caseload and maintaining thorough documentation.
