This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role based in Cheyenne, WY. As a PT practicing at Brookside, you will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and developing personalized treatment plans for patients with a range of physical and functional challenges. Day-to-day tasks include implementing effective rehabilitation strategies, monitoring patient progress, and maintaining patient documentation. You will also provide education on injury prevention, wellness, and post-rehabilitation routines, while collaborating with other therapy and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
Position Summary
We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our Cheyenne team (North or South clinic).

What You’ll Do
- Perform evaluations (PT) and/or deliver treatment plans (PT/PTA) tailored to patient goals
- Develop and progress individualized care plans focused on functional outcomes
- Deliver hands-on treatment including:
- Therapeutic exercise
- Manual therapy
- Neuromuscular re-education
- Educate patients on injury prevention and long-term recovery
- Collaborate with clinical team to improve outcomes and clinic performance
- Maintain accurate, compliant documentation

Qualifications:
