Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Turf Specialist to join our team. As a turf specialist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related fertilization & weed control and pest control. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain machinery.
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as fertilizing and aerating lawns
- Conduct pest control activities to ensure a safe and healthy environment
- Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete assigned tasks
- Assist with sales activities by providing product information and recommendations to customers
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in lawn care or related field is preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to drive various types of vehicles and operate machinery safely
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
