Duties
- Engage with customers via phone to provide exceptional support and information about our lawn care services
- Assist clients with inquiries regarding fertilization, weed control, insect management, and other treatments
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on leads and promote special offers
- Process data entry accurately into our systems, including client details, service requests
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with diverse clients
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client service experiences and support ongoing client relationships
Experience
- Previous experience in sales or customer support roles is preferred experience is a plus
- MUST BE ABLE TO TALK & TYPE
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Knowledge of customer service best practices, including phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
