We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Clerical Worker. As a Clerical Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing customer service and administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This position is ideal for someone with excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
Duties:
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist with general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Maintain office supplies inventory as needed
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
- Learn our industry specific software, in order to serve our clients
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Skills:
- The ability to talk & type
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Proficient computer literacy
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle calls professionally
