What You’ll Tackle
- Pinpoint and resolve problems across residential plumbing systems and fixtures—leaks, clogs, and malfunctions included.
- Complete routine maintenance and inspections to keep systems running at peak performance.
- Install new piping, fixtures, and related components in line with New Hampshire codes and local regulations.
- Set clear expectations with customers, answer questions, and address concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Document every job accurately—work performed, materials used, and time on site.
- Coordinate with teammates to streamline scheduling, parts, and quality control.
- Stay current with new techniques, tools, and safety practices in the trade.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
- 3 years of service experience in plumbing.
- Current New Hampshire plumbing license or certification.
- Hands-on expertise with plumbing systems, tools, diagnostics, and safety protocols.
- Sharp troubleshooting ability and strong attention to detail.
- Comfort working solo in the field and collaboratively with a team.
- Clear communication and a customer-first mindset.
- Flexibility to cover evenings and weekends when needed.
